Amos Fletcher is a Director and head of the European Metals & Mining equity research team at Barclays, based in London. Amos ranked as a top 3 sector analyst in the 2024 Extel survey and the team ranked #4. Amos joined Barclays in 2011 from J.P. Morgan Cazenove, having previously worked at Morgan Stanley where he started his career. Amos graduated with a first class degree in Classics from Durham University. He is a CFA charterholder.

Global Head of Equities Distribution

Ronnie Wexler is the Global Head of Equities Distribution based in New York and a member of the Global Markets Management Committee. Ronnie has more than two decades of leadership experience in the financial services industry. He joined Barclays from NYDIG, where he served as Global Head of Business Development. Prior to this, he spent 19 years at Goldman Sachs where he held several leadership positions across Securities Division distribution, most recently as Partner and Co-Head of Americas Equities Distribution & Execution. In this role, Ronnie was responsible for all client facing functions across execution services, derivatives and research sales. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 and was one of the founding members of their Cross-asset Sales desk. Ronnie graduated from Cornell University and serves on the Board of Directors for Teach for America New York.
