Celebrating the incredible accomplishments of our colleagues

Each year, Barclays Group Chief Executive recognises colleagues who go above and beyond for customers, clients, and for each other, and who bring to life the Barclays Purpose, Values and Mindset.

C.S. Venkatakrishnan, our Group Chief Executive, announced the winners of the 2021 CEO Awards at a virtual event for all colleagues. During the awards ceremony, he recognised the incredible achievements of 10 winning individuals and teams.

“I am very proud and humbled by all of the nominations I went through to select the winners,” says Venkat. “We have chosen 10 incredible winners; people who care about our customers, clients and the people they work with – they are role models and absolutely the best of Barclays.”
