Thibéry Gleizes, who works in Investment Banking Coverage in France, co-founded the Goélands Foundation with a mission to support underprivileged students to pursue their studies without barriers.

Over the past ten years, his leadership has been instrumental in expanding the Foundation’s reach through strategic corporate partnerships, a growing volunteer network and impactful fundraising initiatives.

To date, the Foundation has provided tailored mentoring and financial assistance to more than 260 students, helping them access opportunities they may otherwise not have had. Alongside his professional role at Barclays, Thibéry continues to mentor five students annually.

Thibéry was awarded ‘Citizenship Achievement of the Year – Europe’ at Barclays’ 2025 Citizenship, Inclusion and Opportunity Awards in recognition of his work.
